Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At UF Digitech, we strive to deliver world-class digital solutions, branding identities, advertising campaigns, and custom web development. Because our services involve customized strategy, design hours, engineering, and third-party media disbursements, this Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly defines the terms regarding service cancellations and refunds.

2. Project Milestones & Advance Payments

Most custom projects require an initial upfront commitment deposit or advance milestone payment before kickoff. This deposit secures engineering time, creative team allocation, and initial infrastructure setup.

• Initial Deposits: Non-refundable once discovery, research, architecture, or initial creative concepting has commenced.
• Completed Milestones: Once a project milestone is reviewed and formally approved by the client, payments corresponding to that milestone are deemed non-refundable.
• Unfinished Milestones: If a project is cancelled prior to completion of subsequent milestones, billing will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for verified hours worked.

3. Recurring Retainers & Digital Marketing (SEO/Ads/Social)

For monthly digital marketing, SEO, social media management, or ongoing advertising retainers:

• Clients may cancel retainer contracts with a written notice of at least 30 calendar days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Direct third-party ad spend fees (paid to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) are non-refundable by UF Digitech, as they are consumed directly by respective advertising platforms.

4. Project Cancellation Process

To request a project cancellation, written notice must be submitted via email to contact@ufdigitech.com. Upon receipt, we will prepare an itemized closeout statement outlining completed deliverables, transferred assets, and any remaining balance or credit.
